Brother Beard Company – Return & Refund Policy

At Brother Beard Company, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted beard care products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product).
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note: Due to the nature of personal care items, we cannot offer refunds on used products.
However, if you're not satisfied after trying a product, contact us—we’ll do our best to make it right.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
